HDD Plutia (Neptunia Vector)

So I've been procrastinating a whole lot recently due to not only being sick but having to deal with TAFE assignments during our semester break. And also the fact that I got into Hyperdimensional Neptunia doesn't help either so hence why this s based of Plutia.
